hi. if you aren't happy with our service, i am sorry to say, but i think you should ask yourself first. when was the last time you had ever said "thank you" to someone who had given you a cup of ice for your drink? when was the last time you said "good day" to the person who returns your change? when was the last time you ever smiled and say "its okay" to someone who gave you something else rather than the one you wanted? if your answer to that was 238746587469 years ago, i'm sorry, but you don't deserve service at all. & im not speaking for my company, don't get me wrong. i'm just speaking what i think you deserved to be told. i think you deserved to be spanked instead of sitting there complaining about how bad the customer services is. i dont think my friends are in the wrong. i mean, what wrong had they done? they didn't boot lick you? ah, sorry sir, i think you've came to the wrong place. our policy is to give you the best service we can afford, not to boot lick.

i had a really nice day today, just hanging out with my OG members at east coast park cycling. it was michelle's birthday not too long ago, so yeah, we're just celebrating it with her today. & i feel kinda bad for not getting her anything & the fact that i had to go off early.

so i went to suntec after that (since 36 takes less than 20 mins to get there) to get livia her present. (she's leaving on tuesday. boohoohoo, im seriously gonna miss her) visited my fellow scoopys and had fun there just making fun of rachelyn & veeneta & rachel. finally put up the bulletin board & left messages for my darlings.

oh! cally & wilson came yesterday to apply for the job at ben & jerry's too! (:! they waited for me to finish work & we left with alex & louisa to ngee ann city for dinner. they were being such nice people to tolerate the bimbo i was yesterday. but too bad, i had to go quite early because i was getting tooooo tired. i swear i was, because i fell asleep on the bus & the moment i got home.
